On December 17, 2024, the Tuscaloosa City Council unanimously adopted a new Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map for the City. The new ordinance is in effect as of January 1, 2025.
Framework was an opportunity for everyone who cares about our community to share ideas and create a plan to guide Tuscaloosa’s growth for years to come.
