Thank you to everyone who came out to the Comprehensive Plan Open House on November 6.
Over 450 community members came to see the progress of the Comprehensive Plan, identified their priorities, and reviewed the draft Future Land Use Map.
The online comment period accepted submissions through December 6.
Following this comment period, the steering committee and planning team will use the community input to refine the draft comprehensive plan. Once the plan is complete, it is anticipated that there will be a formal adoption process involving Planning Commission and City Council. Once the plan is adopted, Framework will focus on the second major phase: rewriting the zoning code. The zoning code rewrite process will begin in early 2020 and last roughly 12-15 months.
